Hi Tommydiv! I have developed a customizable 'popunder' that I can install on your server. It can be configured with the following:
-Number of pops per IP per day
-Links that will show up (if more than one, it will randomly display one)
Also, all pop counts are stored in db, which allows you in the future to implement stats for example
