Bottom line, it was either that or a real ass kicking AND a rape charge. The kid made the call, not the dad. And if the dude is really 28 and the girl 16, he should have been beat a lot harder than that. Maybe with a belt. Or do it old school and have him go choose a switch out of a tree to beat his ass with it.
