In general you´re right but still your efforts are kind a weak.
People not paying for your content won´t pay in future too. You think you can force them like this by blowing up some file sharing sites but you´re totally wrong man.
If there will be no "cyberlocker" anymore where uploaders are paid for new commissions they would simply find any dmca ignoring off-shore hoster to host own websites on and upload to other "cyberlockers" (without affiliate systems) and moneytize your ripped content in a different way.
So what ever they will keep ripping your content and publishing and make money with it, actually people allready doing so and making even far more money than from any hosters affiliate system.
The problem starts far more earlier where people trigger a search at Google for something they don´t wont to pay for. "keyword + download + free" So, better try getting a job as engineer in Mountain View and develop some better algorithm that will sort out things like this from their indexes quicker.
Maybe the best way for your digital goods not to get ripped and leaving money floating into other hands than yours would be selling them in a local store and not make use of the internet...
