A database system is in place already. We don't need much from people who report to the hotline, just a name of a site and the type of content they are wanting to report.
The site dedicated to the hotline will have an online form for more detailed reports to be left.
What we're going to try to do with the phone hotline is to establish patterns that we can then use in our own analysis of these sites.
One thing I have noticed by some of the less credible commenters in this thread is the fervor to use going after big sites. We're going after every site that is an illegitimate file locker. The processes are complex. I am not going into details but the behind the scenes work is enormous.
We'll get to the big boys, it's all going to take time.
