Dave the photographer is actually based on a real guy named Dave who is really a porn photographer. If I never introduced you to him and you met him on the street you would know it instantly though.

Oh yeah... interesting footnote to that scene...
Tim Armstrong from the band Rancid was in the background talking to Evan Wright who was editor at Hustler before he became a famous writer for Rolling Stone. The girl in the shot picked up the Van Halen looking dude (who was not in porn at all previously) and we all went and shot a video, tim and evan helping me as "techs". Funny day, worth adding to the list actually.
