If you have never done one of Joe's Staples scrimmages then I suggest you add it to your bucket list - especially this year at the Gala XXXmas party he is planning.
I just set the playlist of my mind to "audience roar" when I am out there... and the ice is a few degrees colder than most rinks go so the ice is faaaaaaaaaasssssssssst.
