plus, sharing is never going away, the main problem here is the profiting from it. dropbox for example, charges its users not the downloaders.
Ask RYC how many percent of the DMCA they send out go to dropbox compared to say oron or depositfiles etc.
And finally, they dont have an official support section on wjunction fishing for warez uploaders by offering them money.
they, as sugarsync, google drive, icloud, are proper businesses, not some pimpled 15 year old with a bunch of file servers and an obsession of the idea that they are entitled to free music, movies and porn.
