She's an old hand in the industry. I remember her on Porncity BBS. On one hand if someone is just an employee then that means they weren't making most of the decisions and may not have known everything which was going on. Yet on the other had there needs to be some disincentive to stay with scumbags because without that no one would ever think twice about working for the assholes.
I have to admit I've noticed patterns with bad people constantly joining other bad (or soon to be bad) programs.
