It's true, Tam works for Stunner Media now.
While we are not too active here, our presence (and programs) is well known on all of the gay boards. In fact, we own the oldest gay board in the industry.
We have also been publicly vocal about our disgust with her prior employer (see my many past posts here for example).
Tam is a go-getther that runs circles around many. We need that kind of person in our organization. As an affiliate manager she will help affiliates with their needs, just as she has done for many years.
While we will not work with her previous employer and think their practices are deplorable, we know that most of their employees are just that... employees.
There are people at MR we wouldn't hire if they came begging and offered to work for free, but Tam was never one of them.
We've grown to 25+ people with 8 programs by doing things right. Why ruin that or get greedy now when things are going so well?
