Hope I can get some real webmaster advice.

Since I'm a "real dum newbie", with no real start up money until I make some sales and until I learn to work an FTP program later on,is there sponsors who offer both free domain, hosting and a website builder?
Want to start with free galleries until more experienced.

Have used this in mainstream and want to do with adult to get started.
