Hi guys,
maybe somebody of you has an idea how to handle a problem with Twitter.
The name of our affiliateprogram is already registered on Twitter. Unfortunately not by a representative of our company. Twitter offers a special online form for problems like this. I sent them everything they ask for in this form including a scan that we are owner of the trademark. No reaction, only a standart mail we take care about this. After a few weeks without reaction I replied on this mail and also twitter to their support (they have no real support
)
So our name is still in possession of the other person and this sucks
If somebody has an idea to speed up this thing it would be really great.
