Precisely, it's STILL on their servers despite my DMCAs requesting they remove or delete content they do not own or to remove repeat infringers for peristant violations as per their writen ToS etc...
Some do, and the pirates move on or use them less.
I am finding that Rapidgator is now the biggest offender in the above respect but will remove content reasonably quickly when you badger them so the chances of some making their 1000 hits is rare if you are on top of it. Any filelocker helping pirates to re upload immediately despite their Md5 hash (block file) promises they make should be targeted.
I'm sure a lawyer on a no win no fee basis could have a field day withthese if some of us pooled together
I know in our niches a few of us spanking producers try to help each other out and have considered this as a real possibility. Our niche is that concentrated that those that site rip our content really do it harm.
