I'm not surprised you've not had any takers at £10 an hr. I used to do this job and it is blooming hard stressful work in unsociable hours. When I did it they paid £250 a night to Producers. You are not going to get anyone good for £80 a night which equates to about £50 for being there 10 hrs, 8pm til 5am. You are right, better get down the job centre and find some desperate people.
