LOL that's because I am not sure how to describe my motivation today. At first it's because I always dreamed of it, but then as with everything it just became work. I still enjoy it, but it's work. I have a lot of freedoms I wouldn't have anywhere else. My bills (minus medical) are paid. I get to send extremely inappropriate emails and HR won't yell at me. The people are cool. I don't plan on doing anything else for awhile.
