Unless you want a subdomain, and it seems you don't, then you don't need that CNAME record. All you need is the A record that you have there, pointing to the Chaturbate IP address.
In your Chaturbate account, did you enter your domain name where it says Domain Alias under your noads.chaturbate.com white label?
That must be the issue. Domain Alias i wasent sure what that was. I'll try it.
