All politicians at the national level are narcissists, but Obama at least lived like a normal person at one time, with normal concerns - much like Bill Clinton. Neither was born a millionaire. Neither grew up in privilege.
Mitt is a very different story. Mittens was in the .1 % the day he was delivered, and has never known the day to day struggles the vast majority of the population deal with.
George W. Bush was the same way. Look how his presidency turned out.
