This law doesn't make any sense at all. So, some people got died after drinking
bootlegged (ie. homemade) alcohol, so as a response, the government bans all alcohol that comes from factories who are forced to observe strict safety and quality regulations?
So the amount of bootlegged alcohol now skyrockets, causing even more deaths. Who the fuck decided this was a good response?
