Yes. However if you leave ccbill you lose many affiliates. So you have to consider which is better: better processing with less affiliates (and traffic) or worse processing but with more affiliates to cover the losses of not processed customers. Most likely not only to cover the losses but also you would come out on top (in terms of total revenue)

For us we moved away from CCbill then in the end away from 3ed party all together. My opinion on CCbill was that it was more of a pain in the ass to micro manage then it was worth and paying 15% for processing is simply too high. The hour that i would wait for CCbills 1990's admin to load a report was better time spent talking to my affiliates and digging up the traffic you need to make a good program. Yes some affiliates like getting paid by CCbill directly but in MY OPINION there are lots of affiliate programs that don't miss payments and are stable to work with. You have to have analytics on everything and ccbill reports just don't give you what you need in a fast and effective manor and then they charge you more to do it. (just my opinion...whatever that is worth) I haven't used CCbill in about a year or so...maybe somethings have changed but i doubt it. However i still receive my re-bill checks on time every week.
