@CamBoss, I agree that a ton of what does go on in cam rooms is highly, overtly sexual in nature. I think the degree to which any individual cam chica encounters customers seeking something other than a solely physical release depends on what she provides, how she markets herself, and what sort of advertising drives customers to her site.
Let me be clear that I'm not knocking overtly sexual customers/cam shows in any way. I don't ascribe to the notion that there is anything superior about camming clothed and talking versus camming naked with toys. I do both, and ultimately it's all porn

The only reason I raised my experiences of 'talking show' customers is because they do comprise a large portion of my business (I'd say easily a 1/3), and I don't find them to be 'lonely'. If anything, the lonely guys tend to end up on chicas block lists because, having far too much time on their hands, they don't respect our time and whine endlessly for free sh#t
I just find that the customers with the most $$$$ tend to be seeking something other than 'just' an orgasm. I know that I'm not alone in my experiences of encountering guys who desire a mental connection as well as a physical one and who are willing to pay for it. An orgasm may or may not accompany that experience. I find it doesn't just as often as it does. Even when it does, very few people aside from hard core cokeheads want to fap for hours at a time. There's something else going on there, and it involves the 'head' upstairs.
In that way, 'talking show' customers have alot in common with hardcore fetishists, although I suppose one could look at it like sex workers in any area of the business wherein they interact one-on-one with customers have been providing emotional/mental comforts as well as physical release since the beginning of time.
I kinda feel like I'm jacking this thread so I'll step back now
edit: lol at bear fetish dude. This is definitely never a dull business
