Apologies for the delay. I didn't realize there was no PM system here.
In response here you go:
- I'd estimate less than 10% of sales are disputed on PayPal and exactly zero have resulted in a refund or chargeback... I've developed a pretty good customer service approach to minimize this, and PayPal has worked nicely with us to protect us from scammers trying to steal the software (plus, they disallow refunds on digital goods in most cases)
- Total number of sold plugins, honestly no idea over the past 3 years as I've changed PayPal accounts a few times and spend little time accounting... that being said I would estimate approximately 10-20 sales per month for past few years, with occasional spikes around 30 sales per month in rare instances
