Just FYI, we have filed a report with ICANN since his WHOIS info is incomplete. No street name is listed. Although it's pretty easy to narrow down his address to one of 4 addresses in Fountain Valley with the 16315 prefix.
Just in case anyone wants to send their DMCA notices to the website in question's physical address.
