And Singapore is just an example, maybe extreme one, system is too good there, difficult to achieve that. But all I am saying is that welfare encouragement is never good for any country. That's cultural though. That doesn't work in a society of "hey man, just be yourself, we can't judge". The US has built many more homes for Alaska and American Natives and they are still shit holes... because society isn't standing there saying "if you live like an asshole, your name with will shamed for a 1000 generations.
