However what they forget is that very large movie studios and record labels along with well established investigative organisations detected infringements at UltraMegaBit from the very beginning of the operation of the site.
If I were Rudy Corella I would simply shut it down and hope that will quell the various agencies and rights holder representative bodies planning action against him, because right at this moment he's an American, with a California company, in direct control of monetized illegal and infringing content.
