Whether you are looking for an Investor or an SBA loan, either will require a very detailed business plan. Those usually take 3 to 4 months of full time work to create, and ANY investor will expect to see at least two years of detailed revenue and expense projections.
If all you have at this moment is a concept, get back to the drawing board and get busy. If you have more, file a patent and keep cold calling.
