the image you posted is a Chinese factory, since Charles Kernaghan, from the Institute For Global Labour And Human Rights, is talking about the shitty working conditions at two Sensata factories in China, of which that is specifically illustrated as being one.

I did a google map and looked at the sattelite and the only place I could see on firgrounds road that could be a plant was across from the firgrounds and next to a walmart.
