This isn't news, anybody thats been in the Asian niche knows that 80% of Japanese paysites have unlicensed content. Yep the only niche that you can get away with it. Nobody does shit not even the billers as I tried to report certain sites a hundred times. I've given up along time ago and stopped caring.
