The thing here, is that if anyone deserves to have at least been given the benefit of the doubt with a warning over a ban for a first time offense, it was Matyko.
I understand mods feel a need to not play favorites and apply the rules equally, but this is a bit of a shame that they opted to go for ban versus warning. Poor judgement all around.
