If you read this Ray, you
desperately need a ticket system and then stay on top of that system. You're going to start losing customers otherwise.
Ray has an awesome product and in the past was always excellent with support, but recently has
totally dropped the ball with support. I've been waiting a week myself since my last email to them. It took my brother two months (yes, you read that right) to get a reply after multiple attempts to contact them, and he paid for their extra support.
