When changing servers as far as your scripts and having access to your FTP for our installation engineer to make changes, we ask for a few days notice. This is something that needs to be planned out, a lot of times what we see is the change is made, things are off, then we hear about the need of correction after the fact. If an installation request is performed through the Verotel Control Center in advance, you will be ahead in the queue and there will be ample time to react.
