Thanks for the insights. The turnover problem is a real hurdle to overcome, but one that is certainly solveable with enough cash.
The fact that you are messing around with Skype and direct-billing customers gives a lot of weight to your point that there aren't many good alternatives (for camgirls) out there. From the user/customer site of things, there are definitely tons of improvements that could be made.
