Technically the OP is merely using the word "them" to replace the singular word "it".
In such context, if it were photos of a single woman that were being posted, he likely would have stated instead "Would you hit it?", specifically meaning that single woman's vagina.
However, as he posted photos of multiple women who each are the proud owner of a vagina, the OP is correct in asking would you hit "them", not particularly meaning to hit the women, but the implied multiple genitalia in question.
