There are 2 pages that are currently made by a programmer, they are basically show what goes where. You need to take whats in the browser and recode it in CSS. Colors are already there. Just need a wrapper to align everything nicely, create styles for fonts and navigation buttons, create a couple of buttons and tables in the body, and and split the code in 4 sections: header, menu, body, and footer. I need this done by Friday evening.
