I have worked with Andy, Konrad, Vlad (from list above) and all of them have different skill sets. I absolutely loved Andy. He would bang shit out in an afternoon that it would take others a week to do. While he was more expensive per hour, he was so much faster and better than others I was working with that the time, he was well worth it.
