Literally every big program is extremely aggressive with their email marketing. How do you think they can afford to pay those big PPLs or PPSs?
If you are promoting adult programs as an affiliate then you are part of the problem, not the solution. Click delete and get over it.
In fact, as an affiliate you want them hammering the surfers with emails just as long as you're getting a high PPS, or credit for conversions / upsells.
