I love the part about the french going on strike for an extra cow. (it is so true)
But I love it because I know if you look at french candiens in order to get an 3ieme cow would declare a revolution tranquille, have multiple référendums about if they should or should not have an extra cow and then end up giving 1 cow to Ottawa and paying taxes as if they had actually owned 3 cows.
