I got my redpass card in 7 days. !! why can't paxum do the same??

or maybe is it because they want to make people pay the extra high costs for express
shipment????

Thanks for choosing Paxum!

Unfortunately we have no control over the local postal service, and so all we can provide are estimates. Typically we ask International Paxum clients to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of their card before contacting us to request a replacement.

Often our European clients receive their cards within 2-3 weeks of shipment, however we cannot guarantee that turnaround, and so we state the longest amount of time we believe it may take when we provide our estimates.
