I've used them a couple times. But then again I am a lousy customer because I shoot 99% of our own content. Sometimes we hit a dry spell with no shoots so I go out and purchase content. My orders are never big and I only order when they have their big discount fridays.
Even though I am a speck on a flies ass customer they always have taken good care of me and everything was delivered. I'll use them again.
