Both of these sites are on our radar.

Just curious - is there a way to get you on tubes? You are the only Man here who can mess with them. They depend on hosting, registrar and traffic brokers (especially medium size tubes). What about a strike with some of your "Peacekeeper" rockets?

To go after any kind of site we need rights holders to help us by sending us copies of their DMCA notices.
We receive very few notices relating to tubes, most of them relate to file lockers, forums, image hosting sites, torrents.
Several people have sent us copies of DMCA's for Motherless.com which we have already acted on by having an associated Paypal account shut down, we're also working on another form of mitigation against Motherless which we'll report on when complete.

Don't forget the volunteers without whom this effort would be much less successful.
To go against bad tubes we need evidence of infringement, I'd ask rights holders to send us copies of their DMCA's so we can start developing cases against sites that repeatedly offend.

We have a handful of dedicated volunteers and contributors who help us keep going. Please don't forget them.

This project lives or dies by the support it receives. What we do is very expensive, it costs us around $3200 per month just to keep the basics going, if we need to use our legal team then it costs a whole lot more.
Every dollar we receive helps us keep going just that little bit longer, if we run out of funds this effort ends.
