Loopholes and Ambiguities in ICM Registry's Contract with IFFOR

I noticed a big loophole and some ambiguities in the .xxx contract between ICM Registry and IFFOR, see my article at:

http://www.circleid.com/posts/201301...cann_oversees/

Due to sloppiness in a single paragraph, ICM might be able to save 6-figures/yr, by exploiting a loophole. And in that same paragraph, they might get dinged for 7-figures, due to ambiguous language! Of course, ICANN didn't spot these issues, despite all their high-paid legal staff as well as the $2 million+ per year going to Jones Day.
