True.
It's Romneycare. It's better than nothing. Eliminating preexisting conditions, mandating that .85 of every premium dollar be spent on actual care, eliminating co-pays on physicals, eliminating pricing discrimination on women, no-cost birth control, etc.
But yes, the HMOs should have been cut right out of the picture.
