I have said it before and will say it again.When you look into this guy's live pretty much every business he has ever been involved with has ended with him getting arrested. Why anyone would do business with him or look up to him is beyond me. He is a career criminal who is good at getting out of trouble.
If the extradition goes through and he is forced to stand trial here in the US it will all come down to whether or not the FBI really has emails that show Kim and his buddies not only knew about, but encouraged copyright infringement. They say they have such emails.If they do Kim is likely screwed because I won't be shocked to see one of his buddies roll over on him and testify against him to avoid jail. If they don't really have these emails then it will be harder to convict him. Either way, I wouldn't want to be him. Once the US government decides they want a piece of you, they don't just stop and leave you alone.
