Too many unanswered questions to do anything but mind your own business.
Is she cheating with the same guy/woman/couple?
Is their relationship a "perfect" one in his opinion? In hers?
Are there children?
Is one financially dependent on the other?
Does one have medical problems?
Etc, etc, etc
There are many reasons someone cheats, there are many reasons the one cheated on will sometimes look the other way.
Just remember once you throw a rock you can't stop the splash or the ripples.
