i disagree with theft. the person is a dick and probably shouldn't be eating out if they can't afford it
if the restaurant is unable to satisfactorily pay the wages of its workers, there should be no restaurant. pretending its the patrons responsibility on the basis that the workers aren't 'paid enough' is.. just mind numbing
