We are a well funded, experienced management team with a new adult interactive website and are looking to fill the position of marketing director. We are looking for someone who can perform SEO, social media marketing, track analytic's and such and also deal with traditional media such as radio and tv. This will be a full-time position with a base salary between $48-60k depending upon experience + bonus structure for meeting performance goals, medical benefits after 3 months, car allowance after 6 months and share options within the company after 24 months for the right candidate.

This position is being offered in the Scottsdale/Phoenix AZ area.
