I did decide to answer at least one point though:
I am thinking that you are referring to the couple of times that I have called you by your first name, not sure what else you could be referring to. I have never posted your last name.
I did not get that from a whois. I don't know one single domain that you own. The only site of yours that I have ever seen was when you posted the child protection thing. On that site, on the first page, you had your name. I noticed it and my brain holds onto stuff.
Later, at some point, you posted something about an email you got from AFF and you were asking where they got your name from. In the email you posted it stated your name and your penthouse.com affiliate number. Then at some other point you posted a conversation in which you showed your chat name as using that first name with the last name of Maxwell. You might have posted it other times, I don't know.
So, once again, I got that information from what you have posted on the board. I have done no research of any kind to get that information.
So, if that is not your name and is instead your brother's, then I apologize to your brother for getting confused.
However, it makes me curious as to how you and your brother work that out with you getting checks in his name and all?
