this is how they call them now in Germany...
those countries are most hit by crisis and will need billions to recover...
their main problem is huge government administration, small production and export...
lots of people will be hungry but they can blame
a) their country for not providing them with jobs....
b) themselves for being too lazy and waiting for someone else to solve their problems...
PS:
don't want to insult anyone... or to generalize anything
very stressful images for sure...
PPS:
I've been in rural parts of Greece this summer and I've seen it all... those living from tourists live good (or better) those that do not are surviving...
