Only speaking for myself.. but I don't like being redirected, do you? I would assume most advanced users do as I do and click their back button when they end up at an irrelevant site or upon seeing a redirect. I would assume visitors like that wouldn't be counted but I don't know the specifics of Plugrush. I would assume also that the program is supposed to count uniques not raw visitors and that there isn't credit for all countries. That's all I have on the subject.
