If you happen to have a paxum mastercard you can fund your paypal account your self a couple different ones.

1) If your country allows it you can add paxum mastercard as a funding source.

2) You can send your self an invoice within paypal to an email address that is not connected to a paypal.
Log out of your paypal
Click the invoice link you got in your non-paypal email account
Click pay as " guest "
Input your paxum mastercard.
