I am still having problems with paxum and find the support not helpfull at all. I had one account that the id's had expired. I tried to reverify but each attempt was declined. I opened another account to try again. A customer a few months back sent funds to the wrong email and I am trying to get those funds in the right account or at least be able to use them.

We have noticed that you have opened 2 Personal Accounts. Please note that, due to our rules and regulations, a person is allowed to hold only one Personal Account. Since you do recognize that I have 2 personal accounts, could you please transfer the funds from this account to the other account and I will close this one. It literally took me months to get the other account verified.
Or, please use the document associated with the other account and what I am attaching to verify this account and I will close the other.

We cannot initiate transfers for our users.
If you wish to have the funds sent to your active Paxum Account, you will need to reverse the funds back to the sender and have him send the funds to the correct Paxum Account.

You cannot have more than one active Paxum personal Account and in order to transfer the funds, you will need to reverse the funds back to the sender and have him send the funds again to the right Paxum Account.

Sending the money back is not a very good option for me. The customer already has my merchandise.
You know it's me and I am verified on the other account and that is why you won't verify this account.
So please help me out. If I close the other account will you verify this account for me so I can access my funds?

Sorry, for me this is disgusting customer service. The correct answer SHOULD BE: Hi, I will close your other account and verify this one. Or, please close the other account and I will verify this one. These answers are bullshit. Payoneer is much more customer friendly in my dealings with them. And if this doesnt get cleared up soon without me having to send 20 tickets or upload dozens of scanned documents I will not be accepting paxum....ever.
