Some of the nice generic term extensions have a chance for niche success, and some .brand extensions could be used in an interesting way to help the brand, but otherwise these will flop quite majorly. ICANN making bank and most of the generic TLD registries making bank from defensive registrations, but otherwise they'll fail. Quite like .xxx really.
